Adds great taste along with additional nutrition to your meal. The Bean & Lentil mix is carefully composed to enhance the taste and optimize the nutrient uptake. The active substances of the sprouts are easier for the body to absorb when the sprout mix is optimal in its mixing ratio.

Tips

The mix is great for baking. Add it directly to the dough for extended shelf life, higher content of protein and great taste.

 

Try a Bean & Lentil mix «dressing»

It tastes great and extends shelf life. You need:

  • Olive Oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Coconut flower sugar or other sweetning (honey e.g.)

  • Sea salt

  • Garlic (finely chopped)

 

Mix it all together and season. (Store cold in an airtight container)
