The Rycon Bakery was established in 2015 by Signo Rycon AS. The experienced and enthusiastic french baker Laurent Touya, has together with Pure Food Norway developed carefully tested recipes for gluten-free bread with a unique taste, high nutritional content and a long shelf life. In the bakery we have a high focus on quality and hygiene. We are a proud supplier to the chain of Meny supermarkets.

The handspeaking community a handbaking opportunity
The bakery is an arena for employment preparation training for those who need to work in a sheltered and adapted work environment for a time, before transitioning to a regular employer. The Rycon Bakery provides valuable work experience for the deaf/hearing impaired and the deafblind. Sign language and a high focus on understanding and being understood is our own uniqueness.
